AOL Special: Delivery Information

Our personalised jewellery is made to order with care. The normal crafting period is 3–10 days.

Final Delivery: 1–2 Weeks

We aim for final door-to-door delivery within 1–2 weeks after payment. This total timeframe already includes both crafting and shipping. Crafting is not an additional two-to-four-week period, and standard shipping should not be added as a separate window.

Crafting and Dispatch

Depending on the design, preparation may include modelling, cutting, engraving or finishing. Once your item is ready, it is prepared for dispatch. We provide order and shipping notifications where available.

Special Dates and International Orders

If you need a gift for a particular date, please contact us in advance to discuss your order. Delivery estimates are targets rather than unconditional guarantees. International transit may occasionally be affected by customs clearance and local carriers.
